In plain terms: we only collect what you give us on the quote form (name, company, phone, email, order notes) so we can get back to you with pricing on WhatsApp or email. We don't sell your data, and we don't ask for payment details on this site.

This Privacy Policy covers factorystore.jpmkoverseas.com ("the Site"), the bulk-order factory store operated by JPMK Overseas ("we", "us", "our"), manufacturer and exporter of tin containers and metal craft products.

Information you give us directly — when you submit a bulk order/quote request, we collect your name, company name, phone number, email address, and any notes you add (sizes, artwork, deadlines).
Automatic technical information — your browser stores your selected currency and cart items locally on your own device (this never reaches our server unless you submit the quote form). We also use Google Analytics to understand overall visitor traffic (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) — this is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

3. How we use your information

To prepare and send you a bulk pricing quote via WhatsApp or email.
To respond to questions about products, customisation, or your order.
To improve the Site (via aggregated analytics) — page performance, popular products, and general usage trends.

We do not use your information for automated marketing emails or SMS, and we do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

4. Where your information goes

When you submit the quote form, your details are sent directly to our WhatsApp number or email inbox — the same channels you'd use if you contacted us directly. We use standard third-party services to run the Site itself:

Hostinger — our web hosting provider, which stores the Site's files and any quote data temporarily processed by the server.
Google Analytics — for aggregated, anonymised traffic statistics.
WhatsApp / Meta — if you choose to send your quote via WhatsApp, that message is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

5. How long we keep your information

Quote requests and related correspondence are retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting order, and for basic business record-keeping thereafter.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by contacting us using the details below. Since quotes are sent directly to our WhatsApp/email, you're always in control of what you choose to share.

7. Cookies & local storage

The Site uses your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) to remember your cart contents and preferred currency between visits, purely for convenience. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you submit an order.
