In plain terms: prices shown here are wholesale estimates that update as you change quantity — the final price, artwork, and delivery are confirmed by our team after you send your order. This Site does not process payments directly.

1. About this Site

factorystore.jpmkoverseas.com is operated by JPMK Overseas, a manufacturer and exporter of tin containers and metal craft products, for the purpose of presenting bulk/wholesale pricing and collecting bulk order enquiries. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of pricing shown

Prices displayed on the Site are indicative wholesale prices based on the quantity tier you select, shown in INR by default and convertible to other currencies at indicative exchange rates for reference only. These prices:

Do not include applicable taxes (e.g. GST), freight/shipping, or customs duties unless explicitly stated.
Are subject to confirmation based on final specification, artwork, finish, and destination.
May change without prior notice due to raw material or currency fluctuations.

Submitting a bulk order request through the Site is not a binding purchase — it is a request for a confirmed quotation. A binding order is only formed once you and JPMK Overseas agree on final price, specification, and payment terms directly (via WhatsApp, email, or a formal invoice/proforma invoice).

3. Minimum order quantities & lead time

Minimum order quantities (MOQ) shown per product are standard minimums; lead time is quoted as 7–10 days from confirmed order and approved artwork/specification, under normal production conditions. Lead times may vary for custom/OEM work, large volumes, or during peak periods, and will be confirmed at the time of quotation.

4. Payments

This Site does not collect payment information or process transactions. All payments are arranged directly with JPMK Overseas through agreed offline channels (bank transfer or other methods communicated during the quotation process). Never share card, banking, or OTP details over WhatsApp or email in response to a message claiming to be from us without independently verifying it.

5. Custom & OEM orders

For custom-branded, custom-tooled, or OEM products, additional terms (tooling costs, artwork approval, minimum runs) will be communicated and agreed separately before production begins.

6. Cancellations

Because most orders are manufactured to your specification, orders can generally only be cancelled or modified before production has started. Once production has begun on a confirmed order, cancellation may not be possible, or may be subject to charges covering materials and work already completed. Exact cancellation terms for your order will be confirmed in writing at the time of order confirmation.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this Site (text, design, layout, branding) belongs to JPMK Overseas unless otherwise stated. Artwork or designs you supply for custom printing remain your property; by submitting them you confirm you have the right to use them and grant us permission to use them solely for producing your order.

8. Limitation of liability

We aim for accuracy in all pricing and product information shown, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or specification error and to confirm final terms before an order is produced. To the extent permitted by law, JPMK Overseas is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this Site; our liability for a confirmed order is limited to the value of that order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over JPMK Overseas' place of business.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
